Quality Inn & Suites - Brampton

The really good service by Mr Ahmad Suhrawardy at the front desk stood out. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, contributing to their overall satisfaction.

We met superfriendly and welcoming employees.

We liked all the hotel offered, its great location and cleanliness. We could park onsite.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable and we were near restaurants and pubs. It was located in a very nice area...

The friendly staff made my solo stay enjoyable, and the pool area offered a relaxing escape after a busy day.

Family room was with an electronic key card, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub. Central location of this great central hotel was a bonus.

The beds were cozy and the staff friendly. Cleanliness wasn't up to par, with outdated facilities and a lack of breakfast variety.

Friendly staff; easy access to the highway; The best value for money; clean; ATM and options for food, as well as a supermarket in the immediate vicinity (also DHL service);

WiFi was no longer available every Monday (password change); an incredible amount of garbage for breakfast (plastic); Cards to enter the room did not work regularly); The surroundings are uninteresting; sometimes cigarette smoke came from the air conditioning system in the room; Chlorinated pool; Mini gym; windows can not be opened;

Really good Service Made Our Stay Special

During my recent trip, I was impressed by the warm hospitality from the staff, especially the manager were great to help. The breakfast spread was good with plenty of options, setting a positive tone for the day. Don't miss the complimentary breakfast!

Beds were ok.

I'm pretty sure I got 3 bites under my arm next to my armpit towards my back(bedbugs?)The rooms just felt dirty. The pool had chunks of hair in it and I'm sure the chemicals were non existent or super low. The hot tub was not hot and disgustingly dirty too, no chemicals. Maybe a little maintenance and empty and refill of hot tub every week might be a good idea. I left some things in room and called and left a message no one got back to me so I sent my Aunty and mom there to check the next day and there was nothing found! Extremely Poor value considering we only paid 50$ more downtown for the Hyatt!! We will never stay at this dive again!! Front desk staff were not the friendliest or attentive when waiting at front. Stayed here 6 years ago and seemed cleaner then but did not use pool or hot tub so not sure if there were still chunks of hair in it!!

Typical Quality Inn room was clean but the bathroom is a bit old. Breakfast was very good.
