The family had a good experience with two rooms during the Christmas stay. The exceptional service by Mr Ahmad Suhrawardy at the front desk stood out, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, contributing to their overall satisfaction. However, improvements could be made, as one elevator was out of service, causing delays, and there were some complaints about the fitness equipment being outdated.

The friendly staff made my solo stay enjoyable, and the pool area offered a relaxing escape after a busy day.
